2 Month Doctor Appointment

On Wednesday we took Mya to her 2 month check up. Mya weighs 13 lbs 1 1/2 ounces (90th %), length 23.5 inches (80th %), head circumference 15.75 inches (75%). She received 3 of her vaccines which she did not like. Mya will get the 2 other recommended vaccines in two weeks. Mya did not run a fever from the vaccines. I was very happy the next day when Mya gave me a big smile. Friday Kathleen and Brianna came over for lunch. It was Kathleen's last day of maternity leave. So we had a pity party for her. We also talked about how much the girls have changed in two months. Mya has discovered her hands and loves looking at them and trying to fit them in her mouth. She is cooing at her animals on the play yards. Mya has also discovered that if she kicks her feet while in the pack n play the animals on the play yard shake. Mya sits in the Bumbo chair for a small amount of time (because of head control). Mya is still a little young for the chair. Sunday we went over to Elie and Claudia's house for brunch. Elie made a Lebanese brunch which was delicious. We also had a web conference with the Radcliffe clan since Grandma and Grandpa were hosting everyone over for dinner. Mya was awake for this web conference this time! and now for the slide show!
